20140329 TRAVEL WOD

Have to travel for work, so good time for back to basics body weight movements.  Good time to correlate my intent to get back to basics.

50 airsquats
4RFT

Didn't time myself.  .... no matter, who's counting anyways?  This is a race against myself....I showed up! and my glutes are on fire.
