20140424 LUNGES

400M walking lunges....10 pushups everytime you stop.




Was already warmed up today, because I had been working outside, so I just hit the ground running after a few glute stretches.

METCON:
400m walking lunges....started with 20 pushups, then did the same (10 pushups everytime I stopped)....I threw a few 20 rep pushups in there too. ....then did 20 pushups at the end...

15:20 this time....did the exact same route as last time....  feeling good.
